At First Choice Business Brokers, we require our sales agents to hold an Arizona real estate license. In addition to having real estate training, we also provide the necessary training, guidance, mentoring and on-going continual education to assure a rewarding and professional experience for yourself and your clients.
General activities of a Business Broker are:
• Presenting our professional services to business owners
• Assisting business owners with the decision to sell their business
• Analyzing the business owner’s financials and the market to determine an estimate of value and fair asking price
• Listing the business for sale
• Preparing a professional “Business offering Profile” package to market the business
• Implementing an effective marketing plan
• Presenting the business to qualified buyers
• Following through to ensure a successful closing and transfer of ownership occurs
